Late Policy:

You will be charged from the beginning of your appointment. If you are late, it will be deducted from your session time. Pending availability, you may be allowed to extend your time, but in the event that a session is booked after yours, you will only have the time available left in your booking to put your audition on tape. Grace of up to 10 minutes will be granted if time permits, but please do what you can to plan your trip accordingly.

What Happens if I don’t use all the time I booked?

We have to charge for the time you book, not the time you use. Once the time slot is booked, it prevents other clients from using that time slot.
